Ball cleaning?

I have a baseball that is fairly dirty. It appears to have a autograph but f I cannot make it out. How do you safely clean a ball like this?

Not sure there is a good way to clean a baseball uniformally without destroying it and ball.

Put it under a black light....may help you be able to read it.

Try black light. I feel like I can almost make out a "gio" at end of signature. The top starts out "To My Pal"
