1960 Topps Wrapper question
Hi Guys:
I am not a wrapper collector, but saw these and had a question. This first 1 cent wrapper sold yesterday for $1624. See: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1960-TOPPS-...p2047675.l2557 Here is another that sold just today, I assume by one of the underbidders for less than $300 which to my eyes appear in much nicer shape: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1960-Topps-...p2047675.l2557 The only difference I can see are the offers on the wrappers. Is this the reason for the difference in price? Is the offer for the album really that rare or is there another reason for this difference in "valuation"? Curious........
