I have a 1977 Topps Jerry Mumphrey (Cardinals player) proof with a red banner (instead of orange) without a printed signature. It came from the 1989 Topps archive auction at Guernsey's. I am noticing a few similar proof cards in Ebay. Is there a similar card for each card in the set? Or was it limited? If limited, is there a checklist?
I am a Cardinals collector and I am only interested in finding out how many Cardinals there are. Also, the rare 1977 Topps Reggie Jackson Orioles uniform - is that the same kind of card? Here is a link to what I am referring to. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1977-TOPPS-...W17:rk:30:pf:0 |
