Anyone sold to cardbuyer.com?

Is this legit to sell a collection to? They claim they'll pay up to 100% market value. Email from PSA to me today:

"Exclusive Offer to Set Registry Members: Private Collector of PSA Aggressively Looking to Buy."

I contacted to ask about t205s and t206s as those are cards they are buying according to their website. Then it turns out they aren’t buying prewar. I don’t really understand how they work.

I am pretty sure he/they just want to raid the collections for things they hunt for. It appears they advertise to buy "collections" but potentially only offer 100% or close on a needle in a haystack. 10k for these 5 cards and then $0.01 for everything else! lol
