EBAY Seller Alert
I have an unpaid item case open for the buyer, 'dablackpanther'.
I have had no success contacting buyer and, upon, checking their feedback, they have ZERO entries in the last year. These details make me wonder if an unauthorized person has used the account. I'm sure someone can advise me on how to avoid this in the future...I have seen, in the past, item descriptions which contain limitations on what feedback level or grade from whom the seller will accept bids. Is it possible to cancel an active or winning bid? I asked these questions to the 'BAY, but haven't heard back yet...and wanted to let everyone be aware of this buyer.
