1990 Topps Dennis Lamp errant mark
I was opening some older packs and I pulled this Dennis Lamp
card from one of them. Dennis Lamp.jpg I did some research to see who was above him on the sheet but I found out he was the top left card on the B sheet and it looks like someone slipped with the marker when they were marking the line between the A and B sheets.
