PSA holder opinion.....
What is your opinion of these PSA holders? The seals/edges appear to be a bit clouded. Should I, would you be suspect of possible tampering? What do think? Opinions appreciated. Thanks.

The color makes them look almost more like Play Ball paper cards as opposed to regular ones. Of course that wouldn't be a bad thing so...
