topps vault rip off
Has anyone else encountered the cheapskates at topps?
I ordered multiple items and even posted a note with the first one asking to combine shipping. They wrote back that they would combine the items into one. Instead they charged shipping on each item. I have the email to back it up. Sad to see big card company lying to their customers. Should I just leave negative feedback? Last edited by Copa7; 08-30-2018 at 08:18 AM.
