I know all of the TPG are backed up to some extent. But, has anyone had issues where service levels didn't really change processing time, only the cost and insurance? I recently sent two orders, one "Express" and one "Regular", only to have the regular one completed first. Needless to say, the express order was significantly more expensive. Is the current backlog creating a goat rodeo with the submission priority as well?
