Residue on back of PSA cardholders, anyone know?

Residue on back of PSA cardholders, anyone know?

What is the best way to remove tape residue on the back of PSA card holders without damaging the holder? Windex or rubbing alcohol? I've tried that with paper towels, but there is still a stickiness on it.
