I have a late 70's card that I had a few people look at and all said it could be a 10.
Do you think requesting a minimum grade at PSA makes them look at it a bit closer? My thought was if you submit a card for any grade they likely quickly make the assessment on your card and move on. If you request a minimum, they may give it a closer look. Or maybe not? Thoughts? |
