Its got it all, although condition is an issue (but almost adds to it in my opinion), matted and framed professionally ensuring it retains its current form....preserving it. LOOKS AMAZING IN PERSON, QUITE THE CONVERSATION PIECE! I've only seen 2 (and this is one of the two) in about 20 years of watching and I watch Ebay daily and watch all major auction houses too.

I do need to mention there are a couple of scratches on the glass and a few (maybe 7) little chips of paint on the frame.

So if you are a perfectionist it may not be for you. Or just put it in a new frame. Problem solved.
