I have two watches that were given to Lefty Grove and Ernie Lombardi at Yankee Stadium in 1962, on Old-Timers Day. Both watches work, but not perfectly, and I would like to have them cleaned or repaired to make them useable. The problem is that they have Wittnauer Electro Chron movements, which were one of the earliest electronic watch mechanisms, and I have not been able to find a jeweler who can handle them. Does anyone have experience with a watch of this type, and know of someone who is qualified to service them?
