2018 New York Baseball Writers Dinner
I went to my first NY Baseball Writers dinner last year. It was great. You really feel like you are in the inner circle of baseball for a night. Tickets aren’t cheap, but if you are in the city then it’s an awesome night. And if you are a Yankees fan you must go. Judge is the guest of honor. You can bring well behaved kids but everyone must wear a jacket.
I would say not a great night for autographs as most of the guys don’t really circulate but I did meet Tim Raines last year. Amazing holiday gift too. http://www.nybbwaa.com/
