SGC Grading Special $6/card non-members

They are doing $6/card for standard sized cards that are valued at under $100. Does anyone know if this includes pre-1957 Topps?

As long as they are "standard size"...meaning no Goudey Premiums, tall boys,...etc......they only one common stuff.....
