who'd a thunk it?
Phillies prospect Rhys Hoskins went 3-for-5 with a homer on Wednesday for Triple-A Lehigh Valley. With Hoskins headed to Philadelphia on Thursday, this was likely his last game in Triple-A. It was a heck of a way to leave. With plus power and at least an average hit tool, he has a chance to be successful immediately. Don't be surprised if there are some growing pains, but be patient -- he's a smart hitter who should make the necessary adjustments. Aug 10 - 1:23 PM |
