| This can't be right. Can it be a PSA 7 if it has a pinhole in it?

I bought this card, and I just received it today. It has a pinhole through the R in New York. The slab is legit, but that grade can't possibly be right, can it? Obviously, I didn't notice the pinhole when I bought it.
