Mickey Mantle signed this "My Trip" book for Miss Puerto Rico (Carmen Laura Betancourt) in 1955. Inscribed "To Carmen My Best Wishes To the Prettiest Queen" Comes with original period photo of Mantle, Carmen and her Mom...Carmen is holding the actual book in the photo! Miss Cortes was a representative from PR at the Aquatennial Festival in Minneapolis....One of the events leading up to the pageant. There's actually a small news clipping inside the book stating so.
