He won 30 or more consecutive games five times and passed the 20-win mark 10 times. No wonder MLB named the annual award for best pitcher after him - his the game's greatest. Young, who was named to the Hall of Fame in 1937 and passed away in 1955, has inked this vintage Reach Official American League (Harridge) baseball on one of the side panels.
