1920's Baseball Uniform Samples Brochure/Flyer featuring St Louis Browns slugger Ken Williams.
Who led the majors in home runs in 1922? Babe Ruth right? Wrong....Ken Williams with 39, the Babe had a blip and only hit 35. Babe led 12 out of 14 years Williams though topped the Babe in '22. I love these sample swatches of real major league uniforms from the 1920's, much cheaper alternative then trying to snag a full uni : ) Keep it as is or make your own 3K+ cards like the trading card companies do with these. Personally I think these uni swatches have become increasingly hard to find because these companies use these to make cards. So make your own, or keep it as is. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-Playoff...vip=true&rt=nc Last edited by Shoeless Moe; 02-26-2017 at 06:32 PM. |

here you go....
http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/i-...#ixzz26PY76I5x I just find it hard to believe they actually cut up real Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle, etc jerseys. Maybe if there is a video or something showing it whole and them cutting it apart, then I'd believe these are real, but until I see it I am a firm doubter. I would actually be so happy if this was how the modern cards were being made, rather than ruining a one of a kind 1920's uniform....

I agree Steve, IF they were advertised as such and people didn't pay so much for them.....
