The 1939 Centennial of Baseball advertized on your cars license plate. New York's World Fair and the 100th Birthday Celebrations in Cooperstown were ideal for families traveling on vacations. What better souvenir than a license plate topper for the family car. The collector question is who made them? Do you have any in your collection? I have 3 toppers in my collection and the small one was made by the Hiss Stamp Company of Columbus, Ohio. I have no idea who manufactured the other two Toppers can you help me?
