OT- Any Luck Recovering Funds Paypal F&F
Back story: So I won a few lots on eBay and had good communications with the seller. He immediately packaged my items and I could see that they were registered with USPS. We then discussed me buying more items that he had for sale (not yet on eBay) which I agreed to. He asked if I would pay by friends and family (which I normally would never do) and I agreed based on my initial transaction with him. Long story, but eventually we agreed not to continue the transaction and he still has not returned my funds. I have spoken to Paypal and my bank (the funds were taken right from my account) and they said that I can make a claim but I am not getting an answer on the chances of success. Does anyone have any experience recovering funds when you did not receive an item and have paid by friends and family?
