Ben Chapman Signed Period Photo w/ Tape
I have a signed period photo of Ben Chapman when he was with the Yankees (1930-1936). As you can tell, there is a little tape on it. Is there a way to have this removed that won't damage the photo and signature? I am not hopeful, but if so, is this considered a no no? Thanks in advance.
