mantle set registry psa bungles again 1967 who am i
once again for the 3rd time in recent years psa has graded and labelled a 1967 who am i mantle as a reissue....missing the coating
only 22 cards of the 44 card set were reissued by topps without the coating and sold in fun packs Mickey Mantle was not one of them psa has sent me an email guaranteeing that the reissue is authentic I saw the 1st one they graded and saw immediately that the disguise had been removed...i havent seen this one yet b ut im sure the same is true
