I knew Bob well from the Chantilly shows, really nice guy. Bob was a retired high school coach and was also very involved in amateur baseball in Northern Virginia.

Bob was a fine man and a valued friend. He was a Virginia state champion baseball coach at Robinson HS in Fairfax County, VA. The school's baseball field bears his name. He had several players who attained some level of success in professional baseball. He will be missed.

I knew Bob over 20 years and he was one of the best guys in the hobby. He was funny, honest and a true baseball nut. The ball field at the High School is named for him.
