Joey Gallo Debuts Tonight!!!!
Maybe premature, but maybe a lot to watch!!!
Last time I checked, he was hitting .314 at AA level. Not sure he's ready, but if he connects...watch out! He just singled with the bases loaded in the bottom of the first against Samardzija, driving in two! 3rd Inning - 2-Run Homer! Nothin' 2 IT! Next came a double. 6th Inning - he struck out (but I don't see them sending him back down right away LOL) A Pretty good opening line: 4-3-3-4 w a 2-run single, a 2-run homer, a double, and a walk. What's the over / under on how long he will stay in the minors when Beltre returns?
