SOLD - Restarting FloodFest: Lot of 7 includes '58 Rookie - Ends Thurs 5/26

*Because my computer is kaput (these days I am either online from the library or a friend's computer) and I have no way of scanning cards, I am restarting a previous auiction that received no bids. I lowered the opening amount and decreased the size of the bid increment.

Up for auction is a single desirable lot of 7 Curt Flood cards, including his '58 Topps Rookie. Y'all know what they all are, but please indulge me while I continue to ruin my own auction with my own words.

For you flippers: With my over-the-counter reading glasses and a cheap Radio Shack low-end magnifier, I can tell you that there is surface wear on and surrounding his cap area. Also, a couple of fish-eyes around his last name. And, some minor issues subduing left-border center.

For all you collecting card lovers: You will absolutely dig this card when you have it in hand.

The '66T is what I call bow-legged, i.e., when placed on a flat surface it arches mildly at the center (if you end up winning this auction I will tell you a surefire way to correct it - and you won't even need an orthopedist). However, you might likely get it to fit in a holder as is.

In my cardbox meandering I came across the '64 checklist, checked by my own southpaw paw in year of intense wax-ripping issue. #103. Hence, it made me dig around for the card itself, added last. So, you don't need no Western Union Man to give ya no PSA/DNA. It's a Curt Flood with a Cy Young back!
