Done - 1954 Red Heart
Finally finished this set after many on-and-off years. Got down to the Mantle, but just couldn't drop the $$ on a really nice one. Finally found one on the 'bay with decent centering at an affordable price. Next up is the 1971-72 basketball set, love those colors, fonts, and backwards jerseys.

Congrats! I'm currently working on this set as well. I am fortunate enough to have the Mantle already thanks to a generous fellow board member and good friend campyfan39. (Hi Chris). I've also gotten some help on the set from a couple other members. Down to 9 left with Spahn and Snider being the biggest two.
I love this set. The colors, design, card size as well as on 33 in the set with 11 of them HOFers. Can't think of any other vintage set with a 1/3 HOF ratio. Really nice Mantle pick up. They are hard to find in nice shape without going through the roof. Great color, registration and centering. Very nicely done. Drew

Always a great feeling to finish one and start planning the next. Congratulations Tom and good luck on the basketball set. My only basketball set is the 61 Fleer
