problem with board member about splitting lot solved
many of you have guessed who the board member was
as the thread was pulled after 100 responses because i mentioned he was away the board member has now sent me my portion of the lot as agreed upon the determination of price still to come so i put this thread to publicly acknowledge that the deal is moving forward
