These are not cards. You are correct that they came from a booklet. They are pages of a booklet that have been torn out. I hope you didn't buy them as cards. I'd be curious to know who is selling them as cards, if that's what's happening.

I bought them as cards but I knew they where from a booklet.
I saw the Hoyt Wilhelm card listed as a baseball card on Old Cardboard so assumed they where cards. I like them since they seem really rare. Thank you |

I have two of these booklets - here are the "rookies" of Hoyt Wilhelm (Habana) and Dick Williams (Almendares):
![]() ![]() The booklets are very fragile! I wouldn't be surprised if a few of the ones that Richard has had started to come apart and the integrity of the booklet had been compromised. That said, it would be horrible if someone removed them on purpose. Let's hope that wasn't the case.

Thanks for the pics
Its possible someone in Cuba removed there favorite player. I think items around these years are most rare since its around the beginning of the revolution time. They were probably a give away with the product. I have looked for these and cannot find anywhere maybe one day I can upgrade to the booklet but in the mean time I'm happy with them. I don't think anyone took the booklet apart with bad intentions. I think its a combination of the wear and age. Its a miracle they have survived since they are not regular cards that people would throw away and use for scrap paper . Thanks Richard |

Although not cards in the classic sense, still very cool collectibles.
