Definitely NOT 63 or 64, looking at google images. 61 and 62 are pretty close, so that narrows it down at least.

The Caddy appears to be a 61 due to the exaggerated tail fins (the fins were not as exaggerated in 62). The tail fins are more obvious on the Bill Glass or Galen Fiss cards. The car to the left appears to be a 61 or 62 T bird.

I'm not positive on the year on the Cadillac, but have read from several sources (including two former Browns players from that era) that the car did, in fact, belong to Jim Brown.
