Are there any Hornsby and Hack Wilson experts out there?
Ok, I know these are badly faded on a heavily toned ball, but any input would be greatly appreciated. Do you think these are authentic? I just wanted some opinions on the Rogers Hornsby and Hack Wilson signatures on this 1931 partially signed team ball. The Hack Wilson signature is just above Riggs Stephenson and the Rogers Hornsby signature should be visible. (I'm under the impression that the Gabby Hartnett is a clubhouse sig...the one below Riggs Stephenson) Any thoughts/feeback? And sorry if you have to strain your eyes to see these poor sigs.
