Ross Youngs bat #3
I made a thread a while back about how I was able to acquired my 2nd Ross Youngs game used bat. Well, I was able to get a 3rd and a little pumped about it. It came in the mail today so I thought I would share. Less than 10 known to exist. Definitely one of the toughest HOF'ers to obtain.

I was the under bidder. But I'm glad I didn't win, condition wasn't as good as I thought when I was bidding. But glad you picked it up.
Also how long is it? They said 34 inches in the listing, but that looks over 34. Last edited by yanks12025; 05-21-2014 at 06:33 PM.

Stats were pretty darned good... Batted over 300 every year but one...

Thank you all. I was very pleased to get it.
People probably don't know much about him because of his stats. He died at the of 30 from Brights Disease. But the guy had 8 straight yrs of batting .300+ Was also a favorite of McGraw's. He had 2 photos in his office. One of Youngs and the other of Christy Mathewson.
