Playographs-1900s-1930s Animated Scoreboard
Has anyone actually seen one of these in person? From what I've found they were relatively large and at least 9 ft tall. Does anyone know of one in operation or of one that even exists? I would like to think they didn't all get scrapped for war efforts. Surely a few are still out there hidden somewhere right?

Never seen one in person... size would have be about right... unaware of any still in existence, but who knows?
Nice (if painfully brief) glimpse, in that newly-rediscovered 1919 WS newsreel footage, of one actually operating -- around the 01:30 mark...
