The oldest and longest continuous operating Brewery in the U.S. was started in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. In 1829, David G. Yuengling (a German immigrant)
founded this Company. During the "Prohibition" years, while many breweries shut down, the Yuengling brewery stayed in business by branching out into the Dairy market. In 1928 Yuengling included BB cards with their ice cream products. ![]() ![]() TED Z . |
