I have to think it's not OK to sell counterfeit cards like this, right? Even though it's clearly described as such, does this practice go against ebays ToS?

Nothing good is going to come of this...Guy admits to fabricating a PSA card...I'd think PSA would have an issue with this as well as Ebay
