Vintage tobacco ads

Hi, all,
just wondering if anyone knows of any good reference books on vintage (1900-1920 era) advertisements/posters, specifically tobacco ads from our favorite brands (Piedmont, Hassan, Turkey Red, Murad, etc.)? Books that cover tobacco tins would be a plus, too. Recently I have become fascinated with their aesthetics; some of them are works of art.

I really don't know of any reference books, off hand, but quite a few of us collect tobacco ephemera. Here is a card showing a dealer is authorized to sell for the American Tobacco Company.... a Kinney Tobacco Company catalog...and an Old Judge ad piece...

I have a LARGE library of reference books and guides. Nothing would encompass your desires in one book or in totality. I would however suggest 2 interesting books that have quite a bit of ephemera, "information", and memorabilia. Kashmaniains BASEBALL TREASURES and TOBACCO THE GREAT SEDUCTION ((not where book is and forget who the author is). I'll look thru my shelves to see what else I can come up with...............
