Framing choice for my big pickup at the 2013 National
Thought I'd share what I came up with when it came to displaying my circa 1938 Johnny Vander Meer pennant that I picked up at this year's National.
I chose to frame it using a cherry wood shadowbox minimal frame, red linen-like backboard and museum quality UV glass (non-glare). The pennant was carefully stitched into the backboard with nearly invisible thread. Here are the before and after photos. I hope you dig it! Last edited by Scott Garner; 08-27-2013 at 05:21 PM.
