How does one put that notification on your eBay listings that says you're currently out of town and that shipping could be delayed as a result?

Assuming that one has an eBay Store. I don't have an eBay store (I'm a collector that sells as opposed to an actual business) so I don't see the "manage store vacation settings" option.
