T206 2 Names on Bottom or Top

Anyone ever seen or anyone own a t206 that has either 2 complete player names on the bottom or 2 names at the top? I'm not talking about a double name card with a name at top and bottom. I'm talking about a card for example that may have Joe Tinker two times at top or bottom?
