Something in the REA catalog has me puzzled
I've been seeing quite a few pre war baseball cards, PSA graded, and it appears that there is some kind of bag inside the slab. It doesn't at all hinder the viewing of the card, as this appears only in the area surrounding the card.

As far as vintage and prewar cards go, I admit I am ignorant (but learning as much as I can as quickly as possible so I can be a worthy contributor to the community). My understanding has always been that PSA does not do any kind of sleeve inside the slab (I've only seen it in Beckett slabbed cards).
So what the heck is that?
