Beware of this deceptive Ebay seller

Their is an Ebay seller didiwinn123, that is being very deceptive in his description and just outright lying. This seller recently purchased a card for $13.34, with shipping on Ebay and is telling a story about how he got it from his great grandfather and the appraisal he got is $800, but on Craigslist he says the appraisal is $1000 - $1400.
