New Member Here
Just wanted to introduce myself.....
I collected cards in the mid 70's to about 91 or so. I just stored them all for the last 20+ years. Don't know how many I have, maybe 10 to 15,000 I guess. I was a big Phillies fan as a kid and M.Schmidt was my favorite player. I have a rookie card of him and it's in good condition. I figured that I wanted to get a Mint card. And started to look. Now keep in mind that I never heard of PSA and all of the grading company's etc. When I looked I was shocked at the value. I figured it would cost me maybe $500 or so for the card. I really know nothing about collecting nowadays. It's all so new to me. I am so impressed with what I have seen from all of you. It's amazing. I am on the lookout for a 1973 M.Schmidt rookie PSA 9, or SGC equal. (I believe those are the two most respected). Thank you, and take care.
