I try and buy the script series cards as they come up for sale and saw a Jack Lynch pose 282-4 on ebay going for under one hundred dollars. www.ebay.com/itm/130864343856
It was ending during work hours today, so I dropped a cover all bids bid of $500 last night. This morning I noticed that it had already been topped, so I bid again at $680 thinking surely that would do it, but it sold for $1009 and I was second underbidder. My question is about the pricing of this card. Is Lynch difficult, or was the pose difficult, or did 3 people just want to buy it? I can usually pick up non-superstar script cards in the 250-500 range. |
