Hey guys, being lazy w/ this but figured a few would have an answer for me. I am returning an ebay purchase (that my wife bought on my account) and the seller asked it to be sent to a different address. Is this alright or do I need proof that it was shipped back to where it came from? I could look it up...I just finished my first 12hr shift w/o a preceptor (alone) in the hospital...exhausted....

Have you asked why the item needs to be returned to a different address?
I recently bought a new printer off of ebay and once I received it i realized that it had been drop shipped. If I had to return that printer there is a good chance that I would have had to return it to a "return center" rather than the store from which it originally came, or to the home of the actual seller. Sorry, I know I didn't really answer your question ..... but there are instances where a return goes somewhere other than where it came from. |

I was just looking for ebay clarification on terms of a return w/ the specific question being if it had to be returned to the address it shipped from. It was missing the power chord which it was pictured as having.
