I'm confused by this JSA letter, are they saying the Ruth signature is clubhouse?

No the item is a signed menu from the Country Club Club House. The COA says the autograph is real, but there is another signature on it that is signed in an "unknown hand". So the COA says Ruth signed item, with another unknown signature on a menu from a place to eat.
