I know this is a pre war question (also posted in vintage) but there are people who frequent this section that have post war experience:
Anybody have any experience buying/selling these? My 2007 Standard Cat mentions that commons sell for a slight premium and star players sell for about double (except Joe D and Ted) for non samps. However, I remember reading a couple of years ago this was not always the case and the stars usually don't go that high. Note: This is not a self-serving plug to advertise my wares.
