I need some help PLEASE! I recently submitted a 1978 Penn Emblem Co.
George Brett patch to PSA. I bought this way back, I think out of an advertising ad in a baseball digest. I put on the form 1978 Penn Emblem Co. Baseball Player patch. and again on the outside of the card saver including the No. 7. I got it back yesterday from PSA saying no Spec. info. no grade, no holder. I have had this happen so many times that I am wondering about my sanity. I know now to check. I found it in the Standard Catalog on page 32 and I checked and found that PSA had slabbed several of these in the past. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT! I called and got a service representative that said that the No. One grader looked at it and they are not saying that its not authentic they just need more information. WHAT DO THEY WANT! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sandy |
