I would like to get a concensus of opinion on what everyone thinks Hank Aaron's Rookie (notice I did not say Rookie Card) should be amongst the above three options

I guess it depends on how you define "Rookie". If you mean his first printed appearance on a paper product that was issued, then I guess Indianapolis is it. He definitely was a "Rookie" in 1952 in the minor league.
I for one chose 1954 Topps as that to me is when he made his first appearance in the major league and his appearance on a paper product was distributed not regionally, but nation wide. I have a 1980 Charlotte Orioles Cal Ripken card, but I don't consider that his Rookie. Again, it is all going to depend on how you define "Rookie". r/ Frank

The Indianapolis Clowns postcard is most certainly a desirable card, though I would likely classify it as a pre-rookie. I went with the '54 Topps as well.

I think any card issued during his ML rookie season would qualify.

Once again, since the 54 Topps card is the only one I have, I will stick with it. But, it's ok with me if I am wrong....because I usually am
