What can anyone tell me about a guy named "whitey Willenboro? I believe
he worked for Pete Rose, Bench & maybe Brett early on. Is this right? |

You've got the last name spelled wrong, but I'm not exactly sure how it was spelled. He was some sort of agent for Rose and some other top names, dealing with matters other than players' contracts with teams. He was a frequent visitor at shows for awhile in the 1980s. Tall, thin ol' coot, very personable character, I always enjoyed talking with him.
